Pricing (in USD)
We are offering three accommodation choices:
(1) SINGLE ($4350): stay in a private, air-conditioned room
(2) DOUBLE ($3600): share a room with another fellow participant
(3) PARTNER ($6400): bring your non-crafting partner, parent, child, or friend
Paying for the experience of a lifetime takes time! Together with the Parador Resort, we have worked out a monthly payment plan where the payments are divided into four more manageable pieces. Pay your initial $500 registration deposit and then pay 1/4 of the remaining amount on the last day of the month (August-November). If you have to cancel before July 30, 2025, 50% of your registration deposit will be refunded. Any monies paid after July 29th, are non-refundable.

What’s Included
- Round-trip transfers between Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) and Parador Resort & Spa
- 5 nights accommodation at the award-winning Parador Resort & Spa in Manuel Antonio
- Daily gourmet breakfasts, lunches, and dinners
- Refreshments throughout the day including coffee, tea, and light snacks along with beer or wine for supper.

Not Included
- Airfare to and from Costa Rica
- Drinks beyond coffee, tea, juice and beer/wine at dinner provided at the resort

Room Options
- Single Occupancy ($4350) – Enjoy your own private room in a tranquil tropical setting.
- Double Occupancy with a fellow crafter ($3600) – Share a spacious room with another participant. Each person will have their own queen-sized bed. Ideal for solo travelers looking to connect.
- Double Occupancy with your non-crafting partner ($6400) – Bring your partner, parent, child or non-crafting friend to enjoy the magic of Costa Rica! You’ll share a room with two queen-sized beds and they can join all non-crafting activities.
Reservation & Payment Details
- To register, a $500 deposit is required.
- A second payment of 50% of the retreat cost minus your initial deposit is due on July 30, 2025 to secure your spot. Upon booking, you will receive an email confirmation from the Parador Nature Resort and Spa confirming your hotel reservation. Space is limited!
- The remaining balance is due by September 15, 2025.
- Alternatively, you can take advantage of the 4 equal monthly payment offer outlined above. Any monthly payments made are non-refundable.
We recommend booking early to guarantee your preferred room and ensure your place in this unforgettable experience!
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations before July 30, 2025: Refund of your deposit minus a $250 USD cancellation fee per person. (We recommend you arrange travel insurance.)
- On or after July 30, 2025: The 50% deposit, or any payments less than 50%, are non-refundable. If paid in full, the remaining 50% will be refunded.
- After September 15, 2025: No refunds unless we can find a replacement for your spot. In that case, you’ll be refunded minus the registration fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel the retreat or adjust the schedule if necessary. If we cancel, all payments will be fully refunded.
Insurance
We strongly encourage all participants to obtain adequate travel health insurance and trip cancellation/interruption insurance. It’s a small step that adds a lot of peace of mind!
